The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) exists to preserve property values, maintain aesthetic consistency, and ensure compliance with our governing documents.

No exterior modification may begin until written ARC approval has been issued.

When Do I Need Approval?

The following are many of the most common situations homeowners encounter when approval is required, but this is by no means a comprehensive list.

  • Installing fences

  • Exterior painting or color changes

  • Roof replacement

  • Door or window replacement

  • Landscaping modifications

  • Hardscape additions (patios, driveways, deck, pergola, or addition)

  • Pools

  • Structural additions or modifications

  • Storage buildings or sheds

  • Any project that alters the exterior appearance

If you are unsure whether approval is required, submit an application.

Application Submission

Depending on your project, you may be required to provide:

  • Plot map or survey

  • Dimensions and setback distances

  • Material specifications

  • Color samples

  • Manufacturer documentation

  • Before photographs

  • Impervious surface calculations
