Temporary Hardship Payment Plan Request

The Association understands that unforeseen financial hardships may occur. Owners experiencing a temporary hardship may request a structured payment arrangement for outstanding balances by completing the form below.

All requests are reviewed individually and in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and applicable North Carolina law. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval.

Before submitting a request, please note:

  • Regular future assessments must remain current while a payment plan is in effect.
  • The proposed payment arrangement must be reasonable and reflect a good-faith effort to satisfy the balance in full.
  • Failure to comply with an approved agreement may result in reinstatement of collection activity as permitted by the Association’s policies and governing documents.
  • Supporting documentation may be requested to verify temporary hardship circumstances.

The Board’s goal is to work constructively with owners whenever possible while maintaining fairness and financial stability for the entire community.
