When Do I Need Approval?
The following are many of the most common situations homeowners encounter when approval is required, but this is by no means a comprehensive list.
Installing fences
Exterior painting or color changes
Roof replacement
Door or window replacement
Landscaping modifications
Hardscape additions (patios, driveways, deck, pergola, or addition)
Pools
Structural additions or modifications
Storage buildings or sheds
Any project that alters the exterior appearance
